South Sound Behavioral Hospital is seeking an experienced Inpatient Psychiatrist to step into a high impact leadership role as Chief Medical Officer (CMO).

What You'll Do

• Lead clinical strategy, quality, and medical governance

• Establish and uphold evidence based standards of care

• Recruit, mentor, and support psychiatrists & NPs

• Partner with executive leadership on program growth

• Serve as a visible, on-site leader (5 days/week)

• Maintain a small clinical caseload
